Most of these arrived by email in the course of an order, and the rest came from our post-purchase survey. We have set out below exactly how they were collected and what was offered for them.
Most of the comments below were sent to our team directly by email in the ordinary course of an order. Others came from a post-purchase survey we send to customers after delivery.
Customers who complete that survey receive a $5 coupon toward a future purchase, and customers who complete a customer profile receive a $10 coupon. The coupon is sent for completing the form, whatever the response says.
Comments are published with permission. Some are shortened for length, with no change to their meaning, and some are shown with initials or a first name only where the customer asked for that. We do not publish comments written by our own staff, and we do not pay for reviews.
